Agreement

By downloading or using Presence, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

Using Presence

Presence is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.

Not medical advice

Presence is a wellbeing tool that helps you notice time away from your phone. It isn't medical, psychological or professional advice. If you're concerned about your phone habits or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional.

Accuracy

Unplugged time, stretches, widgets and badges are estimates based on information iOS provides through Screen Time, which can be delayed, approximate or unavailable. We work to keep them accurate but can't guarantee it.

Presence Plus

Presence Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for people who haven't had one; it becomes a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Features and prices may change; we'll tell you before any change to an active subscription takes effect, as Apple requires.

Availability

We may update, change or discontinue features from time to time. Presence depends on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, which Apple may change.

Disclaimer

Presence is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Beletskiy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Presence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date, and continuing to use Presence means you accept the updated Terms.
